About Eat Safe CNY

Eat Safe CNY is a public-facing web application that allows users to search and browse restaurant health inspection results for Onondaga County in Central New York. The application consumes open data published by the NYS Department of Health and presents it in a user-friendly, mobile-optimized interface.

Data Source

All inspection data is sourced from the Onondaga County Restaurant Inspections dataset on the NYS Health Data portal, accessed via the Socrata Open Data API (SODA).
